Hi there and welcome to my journey. My name is Tracy. Some call me “Kesrya”. Others just call me “T”. I fell in love with traveling at the age of 12 when I was selected to participate in a month long student ambassadorship to Australia. I had already left the country a few times with my parents to visit the Caribbean, but this was the first time I traveled without them, and I went half way around the world!

Now I’m in my 40s and I have visited every continent on this fine planet. I have a love of history and the study of culture. As a mom of two equally adventurous little boys, I am working to instill that same curiosity in them.

My friends and family have long encouraged me to document my travels, and I had been doing so in a very amateur type function through Facebook posts to my personal page. There are already a million travel blogs out there, I thought. Who wants to read mine?

But with the radical changes to the way in which we now travel that occurred because of the 2020 pandemic, I have been once again called to share my adventures as a source of hope and inspiration to others. 

I intend for this blog to be more of a memoirs than an advice column. I do love rating places we go – especially all the delicious food and wine! But you can find a million “Top Five Things to Do in This Location” posts out there already. Instead, I’d like to show you how a professional mama with a desk job can still find a way to see and experience the world around us, off the beaten path.
